Job Description:

As the company continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic HR Manager (Asst Mgr Level) to lead the HR developmental activities. Position Overview: The HR Development Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing their organizational effectiveness by leading and managing employee engagement, targeted hiring, training and development, and performance appraisals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, with a strategic mindset to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Design and execute programs that promote a positive workplace culture and improve employee morale. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiments and take proactive measures. Focused Hiring & retention: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the robotics and automation industry. Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Develop leadership development initiatives to nurture and grow future leaders within the organization. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements. Performance Appraisals: Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with company objectives. Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback. Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to support their career growth. HR Strategy and Policy: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with local regulations and global standards. Drive HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our HR practices remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, and performance management. Proven experience in a leadership role within a multinational organization, preferably in Industrial domain. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
