Job Title: Senior Team Lead Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 7 Years JD for Team Leader – Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities: • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. • Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates. • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications based on the job requirements. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. • Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate terms with candidates as needed. • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process. • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to effectively attract top talent. • Onboarding Support: Work with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires during the onboarding process. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Experience: o Talent Acquisition Specialist: 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the Manufacturing/Engineering Industries. • Skills: o Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
