Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Experience: o Talent Acquisition Specialist: 7-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the Manufacturing/Engineering Industries. • Skills: o Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
