Assist in the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination 2. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates 3. Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 5. Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of new recruitment strategies and initiatives 6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve processes and procedures 7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate files, and preparing offer letters 8. Complete any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor
